Q: how long will it take to get my stuff?

A: shipping is fickle, but here are some estimates :)

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

Note on International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

 

Q: what happens if I never got my stuff?

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at patrick@patrickjolicoeur.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

 

Q: what's your return policy?

A: here ya go!

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

Wrong size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. 

If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at patrick@patrickjolicoeur.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are. You've got 30 days to return your purchase, friend. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

General

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Downloadable items are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at patrick@patrickjolicoeur.com and send your item to: 3345 Firhill Drive Abbotsford, BC, Canada, V2T 5L4.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact patrick@patrickjolicoeur.com to find out where you should ship your return, our products our fulfilled in a couple different locations, so the return location will change per product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
